this six year old boxer is one busy girl...

she spent her summer sleeping
{always next to someone}
hanging out at the Pour House
playing with her many toys
and getting in trouble.
See the picture of some chicken breasts that appear to be tampered with. After the evidence was spotted, the only dog not sleeping in the office was mine. In fact, she was no where to be found. Until she quietly attempted to sneak in the dog door {as seen above, side note: she never quietly comes through the dog door... it's a full force move} until her eyes met my mothers. At that moment she skiddadled back outside hoping to avoid any kind of consequence. I'm pretty sure she did. She gets a lot of love at the Schoenfelder house... which allows her to get away with pretty much anything.

but my dog has.
Yes. My parents attended the Pet Safe Black Tie and Tails Gala last weekend as a fundraiser for Canine Cancer Research. They have put together a team to walk in a local 5K and all proceeds go towards the cause. If you are interested in donating, you can visit their site here.
Bella sported a new collar for the event and everyone looked dashing

They spent the evening mingling and enjoying themselves. When it came time for dinner the tails, each with their own "handler", went to a different space so the black ties could enjoy their dinner and drinks. I received a positive report on Bella's social skills and apparently she enjoyed being in front of the camera
{can't imagine where she learned that...}
