seventeen

At seventeen months, this sweet toddler...



... is busy. She runs, {attempts to} jump, climbs on the couch, goes up and down the stairs, and generally keeps us on our toes.

... has ten teeth. That's three more since last month. That's a clue to how this house has been sleeping.

... loves to babble and is picking up new words all the time. Which is making both her parents all the more aware of what we say.

... started going to 'daycare' at the gym a few times of week. So far, she cries when we arrive, I'm told continues off and on, and then waves and blows kisses enthusiastically on our way out.  It could be worse and we've got room for improvement.

... is still a lover of books, library time, brushing her teeth, her weekly gymnastics class {ta-da and lots of applause}, her dogs, mirrors, hugs, and high fives.

... is also a big fan of waving good-bye.Yes, I've already mentioned that, but she's a big fan.
